Volunteer Appreciation Mass at Epiphany Cathedral

Volunteer Appreciation Mass registration -

Parishes and Diocesan entities have been asked to help register volunteers and their guests who would like to attend this Mass on Saturday, February 28 in Appreciation of Volunteers at Epiphany Cathedral.  Registration can be accomplished at www.dioceseofvenice.org/events.  

Registration is needed to properly plan for food and refreshments for the luncheon following the Mass, and must be submitted no later than Monday, February 23.  For further details please contact Gail Ardy at ardy@dioceseofvenice.org or 941-486-4714,

Very Rev. Jordan Mary Turano is a 1982 Graduate of Roger Williams College with a Bachelors in Marine Biology.  In 1998 he entered the Dominican Order. Fr. Jordan received a Sacred Theology Bachelors and a Masters of Divinity graduating cum Laude for both degrees in 2004 from Pontifical Faculty of the Immaculate Conception. In 2005 he completed a Sacred Theology Licentiate, also cum laude. Fr. Jordan served as parochial vicar at St. Dominic Church in Youngstown, OH, was a professor of theology at Walsh University in North Canton, OH, was Pastor and Superior at St. Thomas Aquinas Church in Zanesville, OH and is currently Prior of St. Vincent Ferrer Priory in New York City. He has given parish missions, retreats for religious and lay, chastity talks and preached at youth conferences throughout the United States and abroad.  We welcome him for the 2015 Mission at Our Lady of Lourdes.

Father Arnold Installation as Pastor of Our Lady of Lourdes

Bishop Dewane will install Fr. Arnold Zebrowski as pastor of Our Lady of Lourdes at the 10:00am mass this Sunday, December 14th.  All parishioners are encouraged to attend!
